TopWare Programmy was the Polish development division of TopWare Interactive. It was responsible for games such as Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure (1997) and the TopWare Earth series. The core development group previously worked together as MDF, most notable for the strategy game Polanie (1996).
After TopWare's bankruptcy in February 2001 ZUXXEZ Entertainment acquired the TopWare brand and took over TopWare's 51% stake in the studio, with the remainder in the hands of Hemming AG. In 2001 TopWare Programmy was split up in two separate studios: Toontrax and REALITY PUMP.
