GIVE S #: Gives you # shells
GOD: Toggle God mode
IMPULSE 255: Quad damage mode
IMPULSE 9: Gives all weapons
NOCLIP: Toggle no clipping (walk through walls)
NOTARGET: Toggle invisibility to monsters
