Game description
SnowWhite's Voyage is a competent Mario-esque arcade platform game (with occasional faux top-down view segments thrown in) aimed at kids. As the title suggests, this is a video game adaptation of the popular fairy tale (not related to the Disney animated film), following the adventures of the eponymous Snow White, spelled as SnowWhite in this game, across nine episodes (although one episode switches to Prince Charming who is out to rescue the heroine). The game culminates with the final showdown with the Evil Queen.
In each episode, there are items that SnowWhite needs to collect, and unfriendly creatures that she must either avoid or dispatch. The latter is accomplished by either jumping on top of the creatures, like in Mario, or throwing gold diamond rings (of all things) in their general direction. Although being essentially a kids' game, SnowWhite's Voyage is not exceptionally easy and requires a certain level of dexterity and timing to get through the levels.
SnowWhite's Voyage is sold as shareware. The unregistered version includes the first episode of the game, but also shows non-interactive gameplay segments from a selection of other episodes.
