Game description
robod is a very simple first-person shooter with level geometry somewhat similar to Wolfenstein 3D where you run around a mazelike levels and shoot robots. There are mobile robots that drop red crystals when destroyed which replenish health, and stationary turrets that rotate and fire randomly on four directions, which leave blue crystals when destroyed, that powerup your shields.
The game can be played either with the arrow keys or with the modern WASD + mouse controls. It was released as freeware, initially created for a Czech DOS game development jam/contest. A native Windows version is also included.
